Mike/Chris:

I tend to agree with Mike's view that being able to take your thoughts,
knowledge, and justifications, based on the needs presented, and organizing
the is most important. I did not go out of my way to hunt for cases,
briefly looking at a few as I went through Robek.

Good Luck.

Tod

Seems Mr. Ferry may be looking through the wrong end of the telescope.
Instead of looking for cases, being sure that you know in some detail what
is needed to justify and create a records management program might be time
better spent. What do other CRMs suggest?

Best,
Mike
