John Montanta's "mock trial" is an actual mock trial. It includes the opposing counsel, a judge and witnesses just like a real trial. He provides all of the exhibits for the trial. The trial hinges on the accuracy of companies records. It really is a fun education experience. He first did it for the Oregon chapter over five years ago.
