Hi Patricia,
Given your time parameters, I would make a display that speaks to your organization and that can stay up for a while, like: "Records don't just come in vinyl!" with some samples of your organizations records, especially interesting and historical ones, types of media, and a banner - "April is Records Management Month", plus a little map of how to find you for questions, maybe a handout if you've got one about the RM program, etc. Have fun!
