I'd agree with the comments of Bill R. and I'd like to add that in my
experience area vendors are willing to pay the hostage fee of my current
archive for my business. If someone wants my business they will need to
help me get into their facility. If that means they need to pay any
hostage fees to my current vendor so be it. The Storage industry may
find that the hostage fee they charge me is actually picked up by
themselves when they try to woo me away from one vendor to go to
another.
