Okay folks looks like the listserv is still suffering from dyspepsia.
I guess some folks missed the earlier ADMIN messages about this.
Anyway there are several things you can do

1. do not repeat not repost a message because you received a message
from the lists saying you have been rejected.

2. go and check the listserv archives to confirm that your message was posted

3. (best option) change your subscription setting so that your receive
an acknowledgement from the list that your message was successfully
distributed. To set this up do the following

send a message with blank subject line to

[log in to unmask]

in the body of the message put the following command

set RECMGMT-L ack norepro

you will receive a confirmation from the list when successful

after doing that you will receive a message from the list everytime
you post stating that your message was successfully distributed to the
listserv.
