Reading over the abstracts on these funded projects, I was struck by the
similarities between a number of the initiatives.  Naturally, there isn't
sufficient detail provided to determine the level of overlap here, but
there seems to be an awful lot of "same thing, only different" in these
projects and I'm wondering how much more "bang for the buck" there might be
in some of these being done as collaborative efforts?
