A&M System health chief to help guard medical data

Eagle Staff Writer
The Texas A&M University System's highest-ranking physician has
joined a national movement to make all Americans' medical records
accessible via the Internet.
Dr. Nancy Dickey, president of the A&M System Health Science Center and
vice chancellor for health affairs, will work with a California company
that is compiling those records. Her role will be to help ensure the
privacy of the online medical information, she said.
