"One thing jumped out; your organization may have put itself into a
tenuous legal position by stating that "only local candidates (MD,DC)
will be considered." Does your organization also plan to disinclude
women, hispanics, or blacks?"
I've noticed this phrasology on many position description lately. I believe
the phrase "no relocation available" is what should be stated.
