If there was a prize for the company most unenlightened in RIM terminology
and practices, it should go to the Russian branch of EMC Documentum. Their
employees still don’t comprehend the difference between documents and
records. As a result they advertise Documentum DM module as universal
records management solution and describe their RM module as e-repository for
official records.
