American Honda's offsite storage is controlled through the Records
Management department, except for some storage at Parts Centers and remote
locations controlled by them.  The departments that store with us request
and send new boxes to us. The Receiving Department transports boxes to and
from the departments at the main office.  We maintain one database of all
records in storage.  We cannot charge back to the departments.
