I've noticed on quite a few postings a disclaimer from the sender that this is just their personal opinion and not a reflection of the company that they work for, but their "signature" includes their company name. This list doesn't require it so why connect your thoughts/opinions to your company. I'll admit that it is nice to see the different fields that everyone comes from but could a sharp lawyer make a case against an individuals company even with the disclaimer?

Just some thoughts on a slow Tuesday morning.
