There is a lot of politicking to records management. The first reaction by
any organization is that you want to get rid of their records and up goes the
resistance. Calling schedules "Records Retention Schedule" connotes a bit more
 care and concern about records. Of course, within the body of the schedule
is a  time column for "destroy" so that objective is met without a red banner.
