Steve had sent me a private note identifying the person he mentioned.  I
respect his decision to not  name the person 'publicly' on the recmgmt
list.  Avoiding potential legal 'hassles' is a personal decision, and I
am sure he took his organization's interest in mind.  I would probably
have used the 'nuclear' option...; again, that would be a personal
decision.

    I haven't been a member of this list very long, but I know that you
have received advice on naming "names" from two of the most respected
indivuals on this list and I would heed their advice. Don't be goaded
into doing something that will probably come back to haunt you for a
long, long time.
