Peter might have caught this one yesterday, but I can't remember if I
saw it or not.  Anyway, here's yet another article....

This seems to be a little different from some because of this sentence:

 
"According to the FTC complaint, BJ's failed to encrypt consumer
information when it was transmitted or stored on the company's computers
and created unnecessary risks by storing the data even when it no longer
needed the information."
