I am looking at developing a contract for conversion of hard copy to
microfilm, hard copy to electronic images and microfilm to electronic
images on a requirements basis. "Requirements" means the volumes are
estimated, and the projects are of a general nature (in other words,
it's a contract for an on-going as needed service, not necessarily a
specific project). As we have been doing this for a long time for
microfilm, I have that piece covered. I've also developed specs for
electronic image to microfilm conversion services. I'm just wondering if
anyone would be willing to share specifications developed for hard
copy/microfilm to electronic image conversion services of this nature.
