sorry guys but the listserv automatically strips out any attachments
as a preventative measure against the spread of computer viruses.

also when sharing company data make sure that you have your firm or
company's permission to share the information. This is best done by
using a non-disclosure agreement (aka NDA). Such agreements protect
both parties, and ensure that the information properly protected. I
agree with Bruce White that the information contained within a
corporate records retention schedule is proprietary information.
