Thanks to all who answered my earlier question.  I learn something new on
this listserve everyday.

In hindsight, I guess if I were a reference librarian in the Boston Public
Library I would probably become radical (or more likely insane) for having
to constantly receive and answer requests from a certain e-mail address
ending in .csail.mit.edu. Talk about a thankless job!
