you are absolutely right in your worry. The statement - " the retention schedule isn't the difficult part." - puts whole analysis under the big sceptical ? mark.

This is the second paper on Records Management to come out in a month or so
and I am very concerned about their expertise in the area. Adoption of some
of the recommendations would put a company at risk.

Does ARMA have any contacts with Gartner. If not, we need to get them now.
If so, we need to spend some quality time with these folks. If someone can
get me a contact, I would be glad to follow up on this issue.
