I must agree, for "commercial BBQ", The County Line isn't bad... I used to 
frequent one when I was shackled to Houston for a period of time =)

As for the "Great BBQ Sauce Wars", San Antonio isn't what I would consider a 
key venue for this... maybe Dallas or Houston, but I personally found the 
epicure of San Antonio to be decidedly more Tex-Mex in nature.
