Dear List,
I am looking at revamping the process of sending terminated HR files off-site. Currently we are converting our numeric system (last 6 digits of social) to alphabetical and then sending them off. This is not working. Due to security concerns and privacy protection, I am looking at strictly at barcodes as the unique identifier tied to the other info in the RMS/EDMS. What are the others doing to date? Any feed back is great.
