The Society of Rocky Mountain Archivists (SRMA) and the Northern Colorado
Chapter of the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA)
are co-sponsoring a fall conference entitled, “From Chaos to Common Ground:
Connecting Archivists and Records Managers.”  The conference is scheduled
for Oct. 26 and 27 in Denver, CO at the Holiday Inn DIA.  The first day
features Dr. Greg Hunter, CRM, CA, speaking on various topics relating to
both archives and records managers.  The second day, Aimee Primeaux from
the Northeast Document Conservation Center, will speak on preservation
planning and address the balance between what should be done and what can
be done.  In addition, there will be a vendor expo on the 26th.
