Need some tips in enhancing Box Management Reporting system for records to be sent offsite from different teams in the Eng. Dept.

Below is a sample of the spreadsheet (will include a bar chart after getting some more info). Need some more tips on what other information that needs to be added to enhance it. I'm quite new in this field but presently taking a course on Fundamentals of Rec. Mgt.
