What would ARMA need to do to implement such a program? Certainly it would
need to be aware of articles that are being written, have someone on staff
that has either the breadth of knowledge to provide a proper reply or at
least coordinate a stable of writers and the tenacity to pursue this. I
presume that the Association would have to have an actual stand on certain
issues as well. What else would be required?
