Both Michelle and Chuck are right.  Prior to 2000, "Do." in the FERC
regs meant "Ditto".  Check out this 2000 version of 18 CFR 125.3 for an
example:

However, current regulations have eliminated the use of "Do." and
replaced it with specific timeframes.  The term "DO" is not found but is
spelled out as "Destroy at Option".  The 2005 version can be seen at:
