Subject: Standard Record Boxes
Hey Folks...
Help! {:{)}
We're in need of replacing our box supplier who we've had for about six
years, and I'm hoping to find a good replacement. We use between 3,000 and
5,000 a year of the standard letter by legal RM box...
Here is the problem I'm running in to: Two of the vendors I'm working with
(Paige and the Box Company) have sent me box samples, and I find that the
width of the lid (being the widest part), is 13 inches. Every box I have
used up to this date has been 12.5 inches wide...
A half inch isn't a big deal, but I find that with our 4 box, 54 inch
shelving, 13 inch boxes become just too tight on the shelf width.
So here is my question: Does anybody have a suggestion of a good box
supplier that makes a standard (not accordion bottom) fold-together Records
Management box, which comes in at no wider at the lid than 12.5 inches?
Please feel free to e-mail me directly with any suggestions.
Thanks, everybody!
