I will shortly begin a a short-term records retirement project for a medium-sized financial services company in NYC. I don't have too any details, but I will be making site visit soon in order to determine how long the project will take, the necessary amount of staff, how many hours it will take etc.
Basically, the assignment will require me to take files from one department of this company, take it to a working area, enter information into a database, make lables, and place files in banker boxes for pick-up by records storage company.
Can anyone tell me how long this process will take and how much personnel I will need? Obviously, more details are needed, but I will not have this information until next week. But, I was wondering if anyone could give me a formula. For example: X amount of records with Y amount of staff will take Z hours to archive.

Thank You
