For future planning: you might want to go to your local electronic store (or
Sharper Image, or Amazon websites) and get one of those radios with the
crank handle on the side that works a generator: that way even if the
batteries fade you can hear the game.

We are expecting a really bad wind storm to move through the Puget Sound
region sometime tomorrow. I for one have a battery operated radio, so I'm
going to listen to the game if our power is out. And I hope that is all I
have to worry about as our home is surrounded by very large Douglas-Firs.
I've tried to stay out of any Steeler/Seahawks discussions - that's me being
politically correct. Trust me though, we're all wearing our Seahawks gear
and are pretty excited, thrilled, & elated to see our team make the "big
dance."
