charged with receiving stolen property?  Is there anything that can be
done?  Should anything be done?  If not, will it perpetuate the theft of
this type of document?  Boy... what a can of worms!>>>

One thing each of us can do is reduce occurrences of this in our own
organizations.  Most people have only a vague notion of the concepts of
intellectual property.  Witness what happened to the music industry when
internet file sharing started running rampant.  It raised legal and
ethical issues a lot of people had never thought through.  In our
workplaces people need to be reminded work product belongs to the
company, not the employee.  That's where we come in with training and
education.
