Again, I used to work for a city & we had become the model for many
cities in this state. We used Sire from Alphacorp. Very easy to use and
straight forward.

Our state is looking at the possibility of identifying a standard
software for image capture, Records management, and document management
for all state agencies. I would like to know if your state has such a
standard? We have talked with Gartner Group, and they suggested
identifying other states with a single application to learn the good,
bad, and ugly of such a step.
