A large national consulting firm is in need of your records management
expertise! This Senior Level Records Manager is responsible for
directing, overseeing and managing the records management organization
for the Northeast Region. The incumbent is the lead records manager for
the New York area. The incumbent is responsible for tracking and
safeguarding all administrative and client working paper files and
records utilizing the Records Management System and servicing the filing
needs of Region Client Service Practitioners.

The incumbent will monitor compliance with established business
processes; ensure security and privacy of client working papers; lead
process improvement efforts; lead execution of legal holds and
destruction processes; implement new technologies, including the
electronic records management solution; set and execute customer service
strategy; manage relationships with key Regional records stakeholders;
lead change management efforts pertaining to records management; manage
Central Files personnel with input from Office Managers; manages
regional records management budget; manages relationship with region
offsite storage vendors; move toward compliance with Central Files
Design Guidelines in all region offices; establishes regional disaster
recovery procedures and ensures adherence with National recommendations;
and serve as a liaison between field Central Files and other
administrative teams.

The role requires travel to region offices and off-site client
locations. Advanced proficiency in the areas of communications,
executive presence and change leadership, as well as 4-6 years of
managerial experience required; B.S. or Masters Degree in Records
Management, Library Science, Accounting, Business or Technology desired;
CRM strongly preferred. This position offers a generous compensation
