=3D

See, I learn something every day. I thought this symbol =3D was a
way of expressing surprise or disbelief. After months of wondering what
IMHO meant and then BTW and then finding out what they meant, I just
assumed =3D was sort of like putting a smiley face after a comment to
indicate state of mind! I recently learned a j after a remark meant
you were joking.

So is this the symbol for a man in a hat wearing glasses who has a
beard <!8~)= or not? Because if this is actually the retention
schedule symbol for orthodox documents then all I can say is I am =3D

Remember it is Friday and we are allowed one humorous comment :~)
