San Antonio.  Additional information will be available on June 1.  Hope

REGISTRATION FEES  for the 51st Annual Conference are as follows: 

FULL REGISTRATION - 4 DAYS, October 22-25, 2006

Early discount for members - $799 (paid by September 8, 2006)

Regular fee for members - $949

Early discount for non-members - $1049 (paid by September 8, 2006)

Regular fee for non-members - $1199

 
PRE CONFERENCE SEMINARS - - 1 and 2 days, October 20-21  

Two-day seminars will be $449 for members and $525 for non-members. 

One day seminars will be $299 for members and $349 for non-members.

Fundamentals of RIM

Conflicts of Interest Issues in a Law Firm & Records Management Issues
in a Law Firm

You may participate in a single day of the Legal seminars.

October 21:

RIM in the Petroleum and Utility Environment 

Managing Archival Records 

Optimizing Records Management Programs for Pharmaceutical Companies

 
ONE-DAY REGISTRATION will be $395.

online and by fax or mail beginning June 1, 2006.

 ARMA INTERNATIONAL HEADQUARTERS HOTELS    
The Headquarters Hotels for the ARMA International Conference will be
the Marriott Rivercenter and the Marriott Riverwalk, which are across
the street from the convention center.  The rates for the Headquarters
hotels will be $209/single, $221/double. 

Our other hotels are:

Hilton Palacio del Rio at $199/single and $219/double, on the Riverwalk

Hyatt Regency San Antonio at $192/single and $202/double, on the
Riverwalk

Menger Hotel at $136/single or double, near the Alamo

These rates do not include room tax, currently 16.75%. 

 
The Housing Bureau will be open June 1 to make your room reservations.
Making your hotel reservations within the ARMA Room Block is important
as ARMA's meeting room and Exhibit Hall space is based on our room
block. Information on how to get these special rates will be available
at www.arma.org.
