Any time anybody says "forever" regarding the retention of information
sounds fishy to me...; as forever is a nonquantifiable term. I much
prefer permanent for that very small percentage of records.

Anyhoo, income tax records should be retained and purged/deleted per
the approved retention policy.

Best regards, Steve

Hey Y'all

Around the lunch table today, someone mentioned that Corporate Income
Tax Records for subsidiary companies should be kept forever incase of
a
dissolution process. This sounds strange (incorrect) to me, but what
are the thoughts on the Listserve?
