Of course in the Government of Canada, our retention schedules have to be in our two official languages, English and French.

English - http://www.collectionscanada.ca/information-management/007/007007-1008-e.html
French - http://www.collectionscanada.ca/gestion-information/007/007007-1008-f.html

As a related aside, every intranet/internet website in the Government must be in both official languages. There will always be a French and English button on the website, as per the Common Look and Feel Guidelines for websites of the Government of Canada. Every Government of Canada Department and Agency must comply with these guidelines.
