I also refrain from using the term "Russian Roulette" in describing
certain records procedures given the composition of the staff.
Maybe a more forceful way to describe this issue is "Compliance Wall".
Ethical Wall seems to me to be too soft a term.

I'm with you on this one. I prefer "ethical wall" only because it's
more descriptive of what we're aiming to achieve when we wall off a
file.
However, I never use the pejorative term Belgian waffle (the b-word),
since it implies that all Belgians waffle.
