Subject
[RM] FW: Ratio of Records Dept to Number of Employees

What is the ratio of number of persons that should be in the Records
department to that of the number of total employees? I work for an
engineering/architectural firm with 1 corporate office and 4 satellite
offices with 500 total employees and we have 2 in our department.

Thanks in advance for any and all responses.
