Paper documents are still much required by businesses to meet legal,
financial and compliance issues. Contrary to popular belief electronic
information has not reduced business paperwork but has actually resulted in
an estimated four-fold increase from the printing out of important
information.

Despite the information technology revolution, paper is still the preferred
medium. Hard copy documentation is still often required by law, for example
company accounts and legal documentation must be held as paper documents.
