Bob,  I'm not sure I understand what you're aiming at.  Do you intend to
guide lawyers on how to determine if a particular case would be
considered a "landmark" case?  Perhaps you're concerned that a lawyer
may have argued a case that is potentially of "landmark" quality and
they won't recognize the importance of managing the case file as such?
