What Windows application?  I know that Access uses CTRL+APOSTROPHE (') to
repeat a value from a previous record in a field, and according to Office
Online Help CTRL+Y repeats the last action in Excel.

How can I get Windows to remember key strokes?  We get a lot of data
entry with repetitive information.
