You might want to consider the sensor on the hopper. It sounds like the 
hopper is not rising far enough and thinks the tray is empty.  Possibly 
the gap between the hopper tray and the pull in rollers is too great. 
Sounds like you have done the necessary maintenance, although the pull in 
rollers will wear in time and should be replaced almost yearly.  Of course 
this depends upon usage.  If you have done the maintenance yourself, you 
may want to bring a B & H technician in to help out.  Good luck.
