I can't claim to know where one would buy shoes in San Antonio (perhaps
Julie Colgan will be researching that one), but.... if anyone has an
interest in ordering some custom-made Texas cowboy boots, let me know!
There's a place, just a few miles south of downtown that can take a measure
of your feet and spend six months and lots of your money creating a great
pair of custom boots! 

The place is "Dave Little's Boots", and I just picked up my first pair last
week.  For any guy who wants to compete on the $$$$$$$$$ that their
significant other might spend on shoes, this place will do the trick!  I
think that the place now outranks Home Depot as among those that cause my
wife the greatest heartburn when I stop in for a visit.
