If this is not just marketing whiz but truly persistent security of text
and documents no matter where they are [sic] then the administrative
overhead of managing security will most likely be a nightmare ... unless
they have cutting edge administrative tools in the back end.

My suspicion is that this is just marketing whiz ...

Has anyone heard of the new document control that uses its patented
Policy Droplet(tm) .  The software associated with the liquid machines
allows you to create policies that control who can read, edit and print
business documents.  Policies can be applied to secure documents by
either the document writer or the enterprise.  All usage of secure
documents is logged for auditing purposes, including unauthorized
attempts to access, print, etc.  there is also email control for
sensitive emails.
