Re: Hugh Smith's question about an ARMA chapter in Ireland, I wasn't able 
to find that exact match on Google (which wanted to know if I meant 
"armagh ireland"!) but there is a Records Management Society whose Ireland 
chapter had its inaugural meeting on June 29 of this year 
(http://www.rms-gb.org.uk/sigs/ireland).
