Years ago in the midst of our conversion from legal to letter, we told
people we'd no longer be supplying hanging files.  There was very little
resistance.

And the lesson there would be, when you're reforming the system think
big.  That's your chance to barrage people with so many changes, things
like "good-bye hanging files" might just fly under the radar.

By the way, another reason to dislike boxing up hanging folders:  those
puppies are heavy.
