Depends on how experienced your users are with the principles of Records
Management at your organization.
However, having said that there are always new people being introduced to
the organization, therefore, I would personally write for the lowest common
denominator and then have cheat sheets for the more experienced user.
Hope that helps.

Janet

Subject: [RM] Procedures for workflow in Records Management
Hi There,
We are currently at the stage were we are compiling information to write
down the procedures for records management for each user of a specific
classification.
Can someone provide me with pointers about the amount of details required
for these written procedures. I'm not sure if I should go as far as what
document descriptive level of what they should be tracking etc., or if I can
leave it at the classification level. I'm looking for some guidance.
Thanks. Elaine
