Hello All,
My name is Terrance Worthington and I work for a Fortune 100 company. I
have created a Records Management metric that I would like to be used a
performance tool for my staff and ensure our current procedures are
working.
Because I have never actually implemented a metric I am not sure how to
go about doing this. Can I please get some direction on what I need to
do?
Thanks in advance.
Terrance Worthington
