When I was at the OECD, or OCDE if you will, in Paris the position was
referred to as "Gestionnaire des documents". I guess the land of several
hundred cheeses begets this sort of multiple titling. 
To use one of my favorite French expressions, 
"Bon weekend" to all.

Manager" written like this in French:

"Surveillant des Dossiers" or "Gestionnaire des Dossiers".
