When I worked for the University System in Oregon, our RIM team
collaborated on creating the financial aid section of our schedule
(http://www.ous.edu/dept/recmgmt/sch/far.php) that contained several
scholarship related series where retention was dependent on factors
including the rules of the awarding program and additionsal Federal
Regulations.  Hope this helps.
