Hi Colin,
In the City of Rancho Mirage, we use OmniRIM (http://www.omnirim.com/)to
track our physical records. It has a multitude of capabilities so I
would recommend that the organization have a clear idea of what their
needs are and that they establish good communications with OmniRIM to
understand what their options might be when the program is confirgured.
