I know of churches who use the same marketing plan.  As you so aptly put

Personally speaking and I do me personally, as a husband of a beautiful
wife and a Dad of two beautiful daughters, this bothers me immensely!
If it was my company, I would have to question their motives and whether
I would do business with them.  It is an insult to every professional
female. Males should also not put up with this behaviour!  However, it
is not a bad thing to be beautiful, but it is just as important to be
beautiful on the inside!  Just what is it that they are selling??
